❚ RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint. This right of complaint pertains to defects in material and/or fabrication and does not cover errors or damages resulting from incorrect product operation.
Optoceutics ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
❚ REFUND
If a refund has been granted, please provide your bank details so that we can initiate the transfer of the agreed refund amount.
❚ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product and receive a full refund, minus payment processing fees. Our full return policy extends for 60 days, calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon.
To request a refund, you must contact us no later than 60 days after the purchase, and the item must be returned within 7 days from the date of the refund request. You can notify us of your refund request by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that you are only liable for damages resulting from misuse.

Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are only approximations, and actual delivery times may vary.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply in their respective country.
Lost or Damaged Items
Optoceutics ApS is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim.
