❚ Participate In Our Studies
Through your participation, we’ll be able to help change lives and improve healthcare for everyone. Below are some of the available options:
USABILITY TESTING
This test is aimed to identify any usability issues, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and determine the user’s overall satisfaction with our product.
Selected participants will be asked to complete a few simple tasks while using our lamp.
BASIC EEG RESEARCH STUDY
An electroencephalogram (EEG) is a test that detects electrical activity in your brain using small sensors called electrodes, which are attached to your scalp.
There are no risks associated with an EEG. The test is painless and safe.
BASIC fMRI RESEARCH STUDY
Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is a non-invasive technique to measure the small changes in blood flow that occur with brain activity.
When blood flow to a particular brain region is increased, it suggests that brain activity in this area has also increased. This allows us to see what areas of the brain are active when an individual is using our lamp.
CLINICAL TRIAL (recruitment referral only)
Larger trial running for several months, including EEG, fMRI, and cognitive tests. Unfortunately, we cannot recruit you directly, but we can send you a referral. Read more about our current trial here.
Participation is completely voluntary and could be withdrawn at any point.
All personal information collected will be kept private and confidential.
